My experience of the service given by Crystal Nirvana was exceptional! Initially we booked a taxi from the airport through them, and our guide was waiting at the airport even though our flight was delayed. He communicated to let me know he would be there, which was so good to know after a long journey. I was so impressed with the service that we booked a tour of sights to see in Kathmandu. Our guide, Sharat was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. He is kind, considerate and helpful. His English is very good and the cost was very reasonable for his service. Nothing was too much trouble. We have continued to use Crystal Nirvana for services and highly recommend them.

Sharat met us at Kathmandu airport and took care of everything, we arrived at our hotel with coffee waiting for us, Sharat was so friendly and polite / professional that we immediately asked him if he could be our guide for Kathmandu temples - so again, Sharat arranged everything for us, he gave us the BEST tour of Kathmandu, walking us around all of the temples and telling us the history of the country and culture / Bhuddist / Hindu religion and history with such enthusiasm and energy, we really couldn’t have asked for a better guide and we instantly became friends. After this fantastic day which was reasonably priced and outstanding value for money Sharat even organised our Tourist Bus tickets to Pokhara and made sure we got seats with good views, and sent a taxi at 6.15 to take us and our bags, and he even came himself to ensure everything was right for us. We can not recommend him and Crystal Nirvana enough, absolutely incredible service!
